The weight that I made is a bottle of rice. It’s weight is around 2 pounds and it is good to work out your biceps. If I we’re to buy this at the store it would cost around 2 or 3 dollars. I didn’t spend any money while making this because I just needed a empty water bottle and rice. It’s good for the people who really can’t carry heavy stuff because the weight is light.
The weight is basically for your arms to work them out if you lift the weight for at least 30 minutes, each arm everyday it will help the muscle mass. The materials I needed were and empty bottle, rice, and a funnel to put the rice. The weight can also be used by little kids and older people that can’t really walk. I chose to do this weight because it’s actually really good to use when your bored or not doing anything. Also you can use the weight while watching TV or doing something else.
My experience making this weight was good because I know I can make any type of weight with the materials I have at home. This weight can be used for your biceps, your arms, and also for your hands. It’s important to know how to make your own weight because if you don’t have enough money to go to the store and buy weights, you can just make your own weights with your materials at home. It’s also really simple but it’s worth it.
